Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of purchased products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate exchange requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

  • Items returned without prior approval or in a non-saleable condition will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
